When my wife and I purchased our first home, we decided to tackle a multitude of projects prior to moving in. The intent being to turn the property into our forever dream home. Jerry and Rivertown GC came highly recommended and we chose to entrust him with the entire project which consisted of a gut kitchen re model, new powder room, all new flooring, paint, beams, and more. Rivertown General contracting took on the task of both large stone decking and water remediation.
The work was planned and done in a concise, supportive and creative manner - work was done in rain and snow, nothing stopped the progress or the will to give over a timely completion.
Gerry Carrafiello, Owner was there every day and sometimes 3 or 4 times a day to be certain all was in order.
From finish samples to the quality of work, all was superb. Leadership and vision in any organization is key to success.

I would highly recommend Gerald Carrafiello, and Rivertown Contracting for their work. I am a professional real estate photographer working in lower Westchester. I shoot roughly 600 homes a year, so I see every type of home, in every type of condition. The home I recently photographed for Rivertown, I had photographed several years back. I was amazed at the transformation! The previous home was not a wreck, but it was dark, and depressing and suffered from some poor design & decoration choices. When I arrived this summer to photograph it again, I was quite impressed! It was a totally new home. Much more contemporary, much brighter, with wonderful fixtures in the new kitchen & bathrooms. In the kitchen, I was particularly impressed by the choice of a cabinet paint color to coordinate with a strain of color in the marble. Living space was rearranged for a better flow as well.
